Job Title:Accounting Assistant
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4PM (TEMP- only a week or longer)
Pay: $21/hour
Responsibilities:
Entering data into database and spreadsheets
Verifying accuracy of data entered
Assist and troubleshoot data entry issues
Update existing records with new information
Other duties as needed
Job Requirements:
Experience with Abila software is preferred
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent writing skills strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Ability to work independently and excellent time management skills
Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
HS diploma or GED required
