Accounting and Office Clerk
Accounting Duties:
· Record financial transactions and ensure accuracy in accounting records.
· Prepare invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
· Reconcile discrepancies in financial reports and accounts.
· Assist with payroll processing and maintaining financial records.
· Use accounting software and spreadsheets for data entry and analysis.
· Update and maintain accounting databases and spreadsheets.
· Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
· Verify and reconcile financial transactions, including bank statements.
· Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information.
· Assist with the preparation and filing of tax forms and documents.
Office Duties:
· Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
· Maintain office supplies and ensure equipment is in working order.
· Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
· Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
· Manage and organize office files, both physical and digital.
· Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
· Assist in event planning and coordination.
· Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses.
Experience Requirement:
- 3 years of related direct work experience
- Oracle NetSuite Preferred.
