Our company is currently seeking a Accounting Analyst / Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Perform monthly and quarterly operating reporting
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Previous experience in commercial real estate strongly preferred but not required
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- QuickBooks proficient
- Windows Office proficient
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- 4-year degree in related field preferred
- 2+ years experience
