Position Function
Provide support in the overall accounting functions of the Ball State University Foundation and related entities.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related area from an accredited institution.
Minimum Experience
At least two years of experience in computer systems, accounting applications and related software, and databases.
Minimum Other
Authorization to work in the US
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Education
Eligible to pursue certification or currently hold a CPA.
Preferred Experience
Knowledge of/experience with not-for-profit organizations and fund accounting.
Preferred Other
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Pre-Employment Screening
Requires successful completion of a background check and education verification.

Prepare daily contribution summaries for Ball State University Foundation and all related entities, ensuring consistency of data between the donor database and accounting software.
