Key Responsibilities

• Manage general accounting functions, month end close, update GL and reporting structure.
• Review Financial statement actuals to ensure compliance.
• Manage account reconciliation process; review and approve account reconciliations and supporting schedules for all balance sheet accounts for all entities.
• Manage fixed asset accounting, suggest process improvements.
• Primary responsibility for Sales and Use tax reporting, audits, manage external compliance vendor.
• Manage and mentor accounting team, establish goals, and monitor progress and alignment with department goals.
• Assist in special projects, prepare various financial analyses.
• Review debit and credit memo processing.
• Responsible for implementing and complying with all ethical and legal compliance requirements.

SKILLS

• 3-plus years of Accounting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel including Pivot Tables, V-Lookup functions.
• Reporting capabilities in an ERP system.
• Manufacturing experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
