In this role, you will: Perform general accounting activities including the preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of general ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements, and capital expenditure schedulesPrepare, record, analyze, and report accounting transactions and ensure the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principlesProvide financial support, including forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing variations from budgetAnalyze and prepare statutory accounts, financial statements, and reportsConduct or assist in the documentation of accounting projectsRespond to ad-hoc financial inquiries by analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting dataCompile, consolidate, and analyze accounting and finance information to produce financial statements and reportsComplete other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance or accounting requiredMinimum two years’ experience in accounting or related area requiredIntermediate Microsoft Office skills requiredFamiliarity with Lawson or general ledger (GL) accounting software preferredExperience working with Right Angle or other ETRM software, strongly preferredKnowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) requiredCompetenciesExcellent analytical and critical thinking skillsStrong organizational skills with attention to detailStrong teamwork, conflict management, influencing, and negotiation skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdditional InformationNation-wide Medical Plan/Dental/Vision401(k) Flexible Spending AccountsAdoption AssistanceTuition ReimbursementWeekly Pay33530
