Summary: This position is primarily responsible for preparing/compiling various financial reports and analyses with supporting work papers, both internally and externally, recurring monthly journal entries, various monthly reconciliations, special projects, and other duties as assigned.
Salary Range: The salary range budgeted for this position is $70,000/yr to $84,200/yr and represents the Company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understands and complies with requirements of all laws and regulations applicable to the position
- Daily processing & balancing of Fedline Advantage
- Assist with accounts payable 1099-Misc processing for year-end
- Assist with the preparation for annual business property tax filings
- Prepare daily reports for management, including cash flow/flash/daily rate analysis
- Daily approving & balancing of wires for all departments
- Daily processing & balancing of Due/From Accounts entries
- Daily processing & balancing of Fed Funds Entries
- Monthly processing of Fixed Assets/Prepaids
- Prepare monthly recurring accrual and adjust journal entries
- Prepare monthly reconciliations/certifications on various general ledger accounts
- Assist in and perform special projects and analyses as needed
- Backup for accounts payable and expense check processing, as well as wire transaction processing
- Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent banking experience
- Preferred 2 to 4 years of related experience
Skills:
- Knowledge of accounting theory and practical knowledge of GAAP is required, preferably with a background in financial institutions
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and verbal/written communication skills are required, with the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and work well under pressure
- PC proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word is also required
- Candidate must have the ability to interface effectively with all levels of personnel
