Job Description Summary:
The purpose of this position is to supervise the A/R Coordinator and the A/R Accounting Assistant and perform all tasks in compliance with good internal control policies and procedures, foster a good working relationship with students, staff and faculty, and notify the Director of Financial Services (Bursar) and the Comptroller of any missing items or breaches of internal control. This is accomplished by providing problem resolution; processing accounts receivable billings; and managing the financial aid disbursements and tuition refunds to students, and managing the cashiering services. Other duties include assisting with billings, monthly reconciliations; and additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with three (3) years experience in an Accounting Office Environment

Associate's degree with five (5) years experience in an Accounting Office Environment
