Accountant

1. Accounts Payable:

· Vendor Maintenance

· Purchase Order Processing

· Invoice Processing & Check Printing

· Month End AP Process

2. Sworn Statement Administration

· Balance Month end AP to Sworn Statements

· Prepare Monthly Sworn Statements

· Process Waivers

3. Accounts Receivable:

· Process Monthly Cash Receipts

· Process Monthly Draw Funding Receipts

4. Payroll & HR

· Assist with Bi-Weekly Payroll Prep

· Assist with Payroll Related Billing Tasks

5. Prepare Month End Financial Statements

Education and Experience Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or Finance is required

· 2 Years of Accounting experience is preferred
