Accountant

YOUR JOB: 

You will be responsible for working with accounting team members to provide financial information that facilitates decision making, as well as, support payroll, inventory and tax management.  

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing and analyzing accounting records, including financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to standards defined within the department
• Financial Statement Preparation in accordance with GAAP
• Reviewing payroll records and oversee payroll filing submission
• Assisting with the year-end financial audit
• Reconciling fixed assets and record depreciation
• Recording job adjustments and inventory adjustments, as needed
• Reviewing all invoices for appropriate documentation (purchase orders and receivers) and entering invoices into ERP system
• Reconciling inventory cycle counts

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• Minimum of two years' experience in an accounting role,
• Extensive Microsoft Office experience including advanced Excel skills 
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience in public accounting preferred
