YOUR JOB:
You will be responsible for working with accounting team members to provide financial information that facilitates decision making, as well as, support payroll, inventory and tax management.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing and analyzing accounting records, including financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to standards defined within the department
- Financial Statement Preparation in accordance with GAAP
- Reviewing payroll records and oversee payroll filing submission
- Assisting with the year-end financial audit
- Reconciling fixed assets and record depreciation
- Recording job adjustments and inventory adjustments, as needed
- Reviewing all invoices for appropriate documentation (purchase orders and receivers) and entering invoices into ERP system
- Reconciling inventory cycle counts
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- Minimum of two years' experience in an accounting role,
- Extensive Microsoft Office experience including advanced Excel skills
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience in public accounting preferred
