Accountant: (Onsite in Pasadena Only)

SUMMARY

This accountant position is for a Mandarin proficient candidate who will be involved in all areas of accounting and will report to the Accounting Manager. We’ll provide training in accounting and SAP.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Perform month-end and year-end closing
• Compile monthly financial statements and other reports
• Provide accounting support for operation team
• Test new functions of the accounting system and assist in implementation of new companies in accounting system
• Prepare for and assist with financial audits by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested

Quick learner. Be able to ensure the accuracy of financial documents. Be able to demonstrate attention to details and good-record-keeping. Being a team player and can collaborate with other teams in the organization.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This job operates in an office environment.

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or related field.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (both reading and writing) is required.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• Good at Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
