Company DescriptionWe are looking for an Accountant to join our team! We are seeking a motivated professional on a temporary basis, with experience in a small to mid-sized service organization who can combine their analytical skills and thorough knowledge of accounting principles. In this role the incumbent will be responsible for various accounting roles.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
- Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
- Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
- Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
- Report analysis and findings to management team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Requirements:
Education: B.S. degree in Accounting with 3+ years of experience.
Proficient in MS Office (Word & PowerPoint) & Advanced Excel.
· Working experience in SAP software is preferred.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as a member of a team are required.
· Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
