The schedule requirement for this position is Monday through Friday 7:15am-4:15pm.
This is a great opportunity to provide administrative support to several critical areas of the credit union, including our remote staff.
Account Servicing Specialist
Primary job duties include:
- Handling of all credit union mail
- Open, sort, distribute, and deliver all incoming mail
- Collect and distribute inter-company mail
- Prepares outgoing mail
- Handling of all returned mail
- Responsible for monitoring and processing bad address fees
- Prepare bulk mailing requests from various departments
- Maintain service on all mailroom equipment
- Provide assistance and act as a resource for staff with mail related questions
- Maintains relevant material on the public SPARK mailroom page
Other assigned duties as needed:
- Maintain and update Nautilus branch queue indexing
- Complete weekly reporting
- Fulfillment requests from remote staff
- Complete miscellaneous administrative tasks
Skill Requirements Include:
- Strong organizational skills
- Accuracy/Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Maintain mail related equipment including service requirements
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
