Job responsibilities for this role include:
Lead-based Sales:
Assess client needs and build strong relationships
Direct face-to-face market penetration
Represent our client professionally
Remain knowledgeable of products and services
Team Management:
Training and coaching of team members
Setting specific goals and targets
Oversee progress and give direction
Professional Development:
Help expand business through client reporting and market strategy
Responsible for building essential leadership skills
Continue education efforts within our program
