Account Representative (Remote)

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to business owners to provide financial services.
• Submit verified submissions.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
• Collect necessary documentation from clients, including applications, bank statements, and supporting documents.

Requirements:

• Must have 1-2 years call center/sales experience, financial sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient computer skills, including 1-2 years of CRM experience.

Equipment Requirements

• Must have a laptop or desk top ( No ChromeBooks).
• Must have a reliable Internet connection.
• Must have a headset.

Compensation:

Commission based package with 4 streams of income. OTE first year $36,000-$84,000.

Location:

Fully remote.
