Suburban Accessories, part of Suburban Automotive Services, is the country’s largest automotive parts/accessories distributor. We sell and deliver GM and Ford parts/accessories to authorized dealers across the Midwest and Florida. We are searching for an Experienced Customer Service Representative / Call Center Representative (3+ years experience), preferably with experience in the automotive field. (If you don't have automotive experience, that's totally ok!)
The best part of this position is that it's business-to-business. You do not interact with customers. You will work with many dealerships each week across the country to resolve support issues and ensure a best-in-class customer experience (providing automotive parts to the dealerships). In addition to being the best in the business regarding customer interactions, you must be confident, detail-oriented, a team player, and dedicated to bringing a positive and enthusiastic outlook to work each day.
This is an in-person role - but trust us, we are a very fun place to work! We are very team-oriented and you will work alongside great co-workers who are always willing to help! This role is 8-5 Monday through Friday. No Weekends.

Salary Overview:
The pay rate for this role is $20/hour.
Responsibilities include:
- Process sales orders, create parts invoices, and repair orders.
- Complete online customer eCommerce orders and dealer orders.
- Daily office functions & clerical tasks (filing, reconciliation, invoicing, shipping, etc.)
- Create Excel tracking sheets to communicate local and regional sales promotions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of prior customer service experience.
- Automotive Experience is a plus (not required).
- Must speak English.
- Must pass the drug screen and background check.
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Windows).
- High School Diploma or GED.
If you've had prior experience (3 years) in something similar to call center, customer service, inside sales, automotive counter-parts sales, customer engagement, automotive service writing, product specialist, etc, you would be a great fit.
