Job Responsibilities:
- Account Relations Associate assists the Supplier Services Account Executive
- Assist in the coordination of the distribution of company resources to deliver services
- Assist in resolving problems for Electric accounts on 3rd party supply in Connecticut and Western Massachusetts
- Assist in Maintaining and managing business relationships with active 3rd party Suppliers
- Help ensure new Suppliers meet the Company's enrollment requirements.
- Facilitate and monitor EDI testing and supplier certification with the appropriate IT teams.
- Work to troubleshoot and resolve supplier issues
- Assist with any escalated supplier/customer complaints.
- Adhere to EBT Guidelines and assist suppliers/EDI providers to resolve any issues and inquiries.
- Assist Account Executive to work with various organization levels within and outside of the client.
- Account Relations Associate participates in meetings for planning, development, implementation, and administration of strategies related to 3rd party suppliers.
Required Technical Knowledge/Skills:
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
- Ability to act as an assistant to the liaison and to work effectively with various organization levels within and outside of the Company
- Ability to gather and analyze information helping identify and resolve process and quality issues
- Strong detail orientation as well as the ability to be thorough and precise
- Qualitative and quantitative analyses
- Good teamwork skills
- Strong spoken and written communication skills

- Ability to multi-task
- Strong functional understanding of computerized business systems ( Microsoft Office, Outlook)
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or the equivalent work experience
