Account Receivable Assistant

Account Receivable ( Part Time)

Basic Qualifications:

• Solid analytical skills
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
• High self-motivation
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently.
• Prioritize and meet deadlines.
• 3+ years in Account Receivable role.
• Prior experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

· Proficient with MS Office Suite (excel, word, access, outlook)

Job Description:

• Applying payments
• Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
• Responsible for the collection of past due balances.
• Review customer billing and payment history as needed.
• Prepare and send weekly AR collection logs with open AR details.
• Obtain backup documentation of all deductions.
• Other duties or special projects as assigned.

Shift: ( Monday, Wednesday, Thrusday) 8.00 am to 5pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
