What You'll Be Doing
  • Improve processes: Manage sell-through at retail to improve brand demand as well as deliver incerased retailer gross margins. Monitor all account budgets.
  • Ensure consistency: Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts. Ongoing planning and analyzing business strategies. Communicate with accounts and office regarding sales, shipments ad markdowns.
  • Maximize expectations: Look for growth opportunities to be driven through advertising, marketing, and digital mediums. Anticipate needs of accounts. Assure strategic plans are in place to achieve key account revenue objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Convey ideas to internal and external management as it relates to all aspects of our business. Interact with retailers’ regional teams to improve product placement trends. Assure effective partnering with Deman Planning in creating sales forecast.

Qualifications that Make You the Perfect Fit!

 

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous sales experience preferably to International, e-com and/or independent/specialty stores
  • Experienced with both field and corporate working relationships
  • Leadership and people management
  • Strong partnering skills; problem solving and analytical skills
  • SAP Experience preferred

  

This position has a compensation salary range of $70,940- $86,900. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position. The final compensation offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidate’s qualifications and experience.
