Account Manager Supervisor - Int Ist

Overview of the Position:

The Account Management Supervisor is directly responsible for all Account Managers (Inside Sales Reps.) for the respective region. The role will also coordinate with regional outside sales team leadership to support the activities of the inside sales team throughout the organization.

Success in this role will be determined by customer service feedback, productivity with tasks and meeting company core values. Ultimately, this role is to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring frictionless sales team operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor day-to-day operations and activities of Account Management (regional) team
• Partner in establishing and tracks regional sales KPIs performance to established goals
• Review and analyze daily sales, quote follow-up, and other reports to determine Account Managers' performance
• Identify, establish, and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

• Act as a liaison with other departments within Wencor
• Assist with maintaining updates to sales procedures
• Coordinate team coverage and workflow to maintain optimal team performance and efficiencies.
• Conduct quarterly one-on-one reviews with each Account Manager.
• Assist with Account Managers' annual performance and merit reviews.
• Additional responsibilities or projects as determined by management

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Fluency with MS Office software and other computer applications generally.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem solver.
• Ability to manage and motivate sales employees as demonstrated by previous management experience.
• Solid knowledge of aerospace parts industry.
• Goal-oriented professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices
• Creative thinker/problem solver, results-driven and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication skills

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, or related degree and three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make recommendations. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
