ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chris McCafferty - State Farm Agent, you will be the frontline support for our company, providing exceptional service to our valued customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issued, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or text in a professional and courteous manner.
- Identify and assess customer' needs to achieve satisfaction, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, aiming to achieve first contact resolution whenever possible.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns, share feedback, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
- Proven customer support experience or relevant work experience in a similar role
- Experience managing client relationships is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and creatively to resolve customer issues.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer -centric mindset to provide exceptional service and build positive relationships.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
