Who You Are

You’re an awesome digital marketer with solid SEO experience, excellent people skills and account management skills.

First and foremost, you’re an honest, trustworthy person who sincerely loves helping clients achieve real business results.

You’re excellent at dealing with people and managing accounts, and you enjoy building relationships with interesting people.

You have enough working knowledge of SEO that you feel comfortable with keyword research and most general SEO topics, even if you wouldn’t consider yourself an SEO expert.

You also have a broad knowledge of digital marketing in general.

You prefer working 100% remotely.

You're a freelancer who would love to have a steady flow of work without having to find clients on your own.

What You’ll Do

You’ll manage client accounts. You’ll make sure clients are happy, and writers have whatever they need to be successful.

You’ll do SEO keyword research to make sure each piece of content we write targets a search term worth pursuing.

You'll gather data from Google Search Console to report on each client's results.

You’ll be the “owner” of each client’s success, making sure we target the right search terms, produce high quality content for those search terms, and ultimately get search traffic.

Compensation

We’ll pay you a fixed monthly retainer per client. Currently, this works out to roughly $30/hour, given how much time is typically needed to maintain the average client.

Initially, we will only have a few clients for you to manage, so the initial income is best suited for full-time freelancers and not as a substitute for a full-time job.

However, we’re growing fast. So you’ll have a chance to expand the number of clients you manage over time until you have as much work as you prefer.
