We're Looking For:
We are seeking an Account Manager with experience in customer relationship management and sales. You will be part of a dedicated accounts team responsible for managing and growing buyer relationships. You will be involved in providing exceptional customer service, driving buyer adoption, and acting as a liaison between our company and dealerships. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in account management, sales, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of experience in a customer-focused or account management position.

You Will:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned dealerships within your book of business.
- Maintain good communication with all departments and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain expertise in our products, industry trends, and competition.
- Thoroughly document research and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Track and measure call activity and performance against goals using CRM software.
- Provide technical leadership to the application development team.
Who You Will Work With:
Reporting to a Director of Account Management, this role will collaborate with dealerships on a regular basis. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams such as product management and technology teams.
Must Have's:
- 2-3+ years of customer-focused or account management experience.
- College degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Superior communication skills and proficiency in Google Suite.
- Demonstrable knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work or reside within Eastern or Central time zones.
Nice to Have's:
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience utilizing Slack and other communication tools.
