The Job at a Glance

As the Account Manager, you will maintain relationships with existing customers and strategically seek out relationships with potential customers. Being a sales guru, you will proactively manage your day by making a high volume of outbound calls; you see each phone call as an opportunity to form a personal emotional connection with customers. You make it your mission to learn customer challenges and utilize Encompass Supply Chain Solutions Inc. value proposition to provide resolutions!

  

  (This opportunity is open for candidates residing in one of the following states - Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Indiana, Nevada, Texas, and West Virginia)

A Typical Day

  • Place a high volume of outbound calls to new and existing customers
  • Identify new opportunities, developing sales solutions, close sales opportunities, and negotiate pricing
  • Sell Encompass Supply Chain Solutions Inc. resolutions and value proposition to our targeted customer base
  • Drive revenue by prospecting and building a pipeline, foster personal relationships with potential and existing customers nationwide
  • Identify and develop new account opportunities via account research, calling prospective clients and follow-up on existing customer orders
  • Integrate all sales activities into CRM (Salesforce.com) system for timely, accurate reporting
  • Conduct research on accounts to develop an understanding of the account’s business issues and other relevant information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Educate customers on Encompass Supply Chain Solutions Inc. resources and capabilities (electronic resources, technical support, manufacturer relationships etc.)

  • You know MS Office (Word and Excel); knowledge of CRM programs (such as Salesforce) is a bonus!
  • Bonus points if your average typing speed is at least 40 wpm.
  • You retained a High School Diploma and/or combination of at least 2 years of sales/business development/customer development/account management experience
