Account Manager - Print Direct Mail

Ability to work remotely three Fridays out of the month, other days must be in the office. Must reside in or be within commuting distance of Miami Springs, FL to be considered for this position.

We seek a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Print Media Account Manager 

to manage vendors and projects. This person will receive individual training from our staff of seasoned professionals. The production-focused Client Experience and Account Manager will be involved in all aspects of production, purchasing, and execution of print jobs. This person will work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and clients and ensure a smooth production process. Pay:

• $80,000.00 yearly DOE + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES the Client Experience & Account Manager will develop through training include:

• Strong project management skills
• Direct Mail Background
• Lettershop Customer Service a plus
• Commingle and list services a plus
• Managing all phases of production for our clients, from prepress through distribution
• Strong Computer Skills, i.e., Excel
• Solving unique problems creatively using your knowledge of production and industry research to produce the most efficient and cost-effective solution for the company
• Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction by providing regular, accurate updates to stakeholders
• Cultivating a close working relationship with customers & vendors domestically and globally through clear and timely communication
• Acting as a liaison between clients and vendors to ensure quality and on-time delivery within budget guidelines
• Being accountable for communicating all aspects of production with vendors, including confirming delivery timetables to ensure jobs are completed on time
• Entering all job specifications and production-related details into our proprietary order management system
• Managing all costs associated with print projects, including preparing purchase orders, checking invoices for accuracy, resolving billing discrepancies, and being accountable for financial reporting regarding purchase items

Qualifications:
Experience:

• Only applicants authorized to work in the U.S will be considered
• Must be well experienced in Microsoft Excel
• Must be well experienced with Direct Mail
• Managing all phases of production through Distribution
• Project management skills
• Applicants should ideally be graduates of the Graphic Communications/Print Media major
• Have a positive, helpful, encouraging attitude
• Must enjoy learning, possess the ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and build relationships
