As a Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and assisting with various administrative tasks. ```Responsibilities```
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register or e-commerce platform
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and product information
- Stock shelves and ensure products are neatly displayed
- Provide guidance and answer questions about products, including lawn care items
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing shipments
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
- Basic understanding of retail math for calculating discounts, taxes, and change
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Knowledge of lawn care products is a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture

Pay: $15.70 - $18.20 per hour
