Reporting Manager Title: Personal Lines Service Team Lead
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Remains updated and current with regard to statutory insurance requirements by completing and maintaining all regulatory training and requirements.
- Maintains a high degree of professionalism, ethics and integrity.
- Receives, maintains and updates electronic files following agency standards.
- Verifies accuracy and coverage adequacy of policies.
- Submits policy changes through carrier websites.
- Sets priorities and manages workflow to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities.
- Data Entry into our Agency Management System (AMS360).
- Processes incoming mail requests and responds promptly and appropriately.
- Maintains adequate knowledge of procedures, coverage, and the industry knowledge to effectively manage client accounts.
- Advocates for and seeks out process changes or improvements in relation to insurance trends in the marketplace.
- Actively promote brand awareness.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Requires Texas Department of Insurance P&C license or the ability to obtain license within 60 days of hire date.
Experience: 18 years of age or older. Knowledge of AMS360 is a plus. Knowledge and experience with independent carriers active in the Personal Lines market is a plus.

- Bi-lingual (Preferably in Spanish)

This position may require travel up to 20% of the time based on business needs. Will require participation in evening and weekend events for networking and lead generation. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
