Are you ready to take your career to the next level and become a key player in delivering exceptional customer service? Look no further! We're seeking a dynamic Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and excellence.
As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in client relations, participating in client reviews, open enrollment meetings, and benefit discussions. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to business development by assisting with presentations and conducting research to enhance our offerings.
Remote 100%. 2 week training at True Rx location after foundation training completion plus quarterly for in person meetings.
What You'll Do:

• Serve as the direct point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Manage client expectations while efficiently handling existing accounts and creating opportunities for expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that meet client needs.
• Utilize data analysis to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide valuable insights to clients.

What You Bring:

• College degree or equivalent experience in client-facing roles, with a preference for healthcare, third-party administration, or pharmacy benefits management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to adapt to proprietary software.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present confidently in front of various stakeholders.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally within your regional location and potentially beyond as required.
