Hiring now for an Account Manager / Marketing Manager to create long-term trusted relationships with our Colorado partners. Account Manager will effectively facilitate and develop our partnership with retail stores while optimizing future territory growth within the Denver Metro area. The Account Manager will meet sales objectives, act as a problem-solving resources and subject matter expert.
The successful Account Manager / Marketing Manager candidate will have a minimum of three years' account management experience and an understanding of sales metrics. Candidate must be confident in speaking in front of groups and in facilitating learning experiences. Looking for a confident person who is passionate about helping people and has a drive to execute and impact sales. This position requires citywide travel, as well as some statewide travel with infrequent overnight trips.
Responsibilities for the Account Manager / Marketing Manager include:
- Build and maintain partnerships, establishing relationships with retail stores within the assigned territory. Identify opportunities for market share growth.
- Serve as the primary liaison between our company and retail partners.
- Conduct comprehensive training for store associates on product knowledge and the features and benefits. Educate store staff on sales techniques and strategies to maximize product sales.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators for sales targets, lead generation and training effectiveness. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet or goals.
- Active partnering at the store level to identify opportunities for market share growth and profitability.
- Provide regular updates to management; prepare detailed reports on key metrics and activities.
- Research and resolve customer issues.
