External Description
Audubon is currently seeking an Automation Account Manager to join our team. The Automation Account Manager is accountable for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of a portfolio of projects associated with key client accounts. This position reports to the Business Line Manager/Vice President.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages the strategic aspects of large engagements with multiple projects and mitigates any risk.
- Communicates with existing and new clients to convey full EPC execution capabilities, develop proposals, and manage programmatic relationships.
- Provides technical oversight to project resources to ensure full alignment between client project goals and project activities.
- Responsible for overall account financial performance and execution quality.
- Develops, implements, and maintains sound business practices.
- May serve as a project manager or execution lead on strategic projects where needed.
- Helps create project forecasts and front log illustrations for overall account planning purposes.
- Facilities any required conflict resolution associated with internal or extern project issues if they arise.
- Enforces Audubon policies and procedures to ensure projects are being executed efficiently and successfully.
- Visits client offices and facilities often, particularly during key project execution milestones to maintain open and inviting communication channels between Audubon and external clients or suppliers.
- Comply with all company and client health, safety, security and environmental (HSSE) standards as well as federal and local HSSE regulations.
- Other activities and responsibilities as needed for overall account success.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university preferred. An associates degree in a technical field is a minimum requirement.
- A minimum of 10 years of design, management, or implementation of industrial control systems projects is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license
- Eligible for a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
- Reliable personal transportation
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Ability to bend, stoop, crawl, walk and push, pull and lift 50+lbs for an extended period
- Available for after-hours, weekend and holidays if required by project scope, including periodic travel out of town or offshore
- Proficiency with computer based work, and ability to learn and work in office productivity software such as Microsoft Office 365.
