Who we're looking for

AvantLink.com is currently hiring for the position of in-house Affiliate Program Manager. This individual will handle the day-to-day management of merchant affiliate programs.

Tasks often include; Planning and executing multiple merchant's marketing campaigns, clear and timely communication with the client and their affiliates, affiliate recruitment, understanding reporting and making data-based decisions, and collaborating with team members.

Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 1+ years of affiliate program management experience and strong Internet, writing, and verbal communication skills. This person will act as a liaison between merchant clients, and the Affiliate marketers who drive traffic and sales to these merchants. Relationship-building skills and the ability to analyze program performance, and suggest opportunities for growth are required.

Requirements

• 1+ years affiliate program management
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills (email, phone, person-to-person)
• Strong work ethic
• Should be comfortable working with web-based software platforms
• Some experience with HTML and web technology preferred
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a rapidly changing Internet company environment

Work Location: Only available to those located in Utah and Florida

• Fully Remote
• If located in Utah, you will be required to come into the office at least once a month.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
