Job description

The Account Manager will pursue National/Local fleet accounts with in-house collision/service centers. Gain specification position for National/Local fleets that outsource collision work increasing sales through the Automotive Zones. Develop relationships with main personnel at MTA's to position PPG for specification approvals. This position would be more of a specialist approach as this sales approach varies from the CT Collision Center sales model. The territory for this position includes Michigan, Illinois, Minnesota, Wiscon, Iowa, Nebraska, and Eastern Dakota.

Key Responsibilities

             You will develop relationships with important personnel at the low-mid level tiers of MSO Collision Center targets.

             Be able to discuss PPG Commercial Value-Added programs at a high level, working towards upper management engagement.

             Assist the Territory Managers with necessary, strategic independent CT collision centers.

             Develop relationships with main personnel at the low-mid level tiers of MSO Collision Center targets. Assist the Territory Manager with important strategic independent CT collision centers.

             Engage and sell PPG products and services to CT MSO and fleet accounts. Develop and implement approach plan mobilizing the resources needed for success.

             Sales of allied products, PPG training programs, additional liquid sales opportunities and engagement with our Business Solutions partners.

Qualifications

             Bachelor's degree preferred or minimum 5 + years' experience in automotive or similar market.

             50% overnight travel
