Pay: $45,000/year + Performance Bonus
Tasks:
- Manage a book of approximately 30-35 clients that operate in a large business market and be the main point of contact for their marketing campaign and overall digital marketing strategy
- Conduct intake calls to learn what client’s digital marketing needs are and what the best course of action will be to build their campaigns; coordinate with other departments within Logical Position to ensure a cohesive digital marketing strategy across multiple products
- Use advanced knowledge in digital marketing, while partnering with various departments to provide analysis of existing Paid Media campaign performances and devise actionable insight for recommendations and strategies that align with our client’s objectives
- Complete daily tasks including reporting and client communication in a timely manner to maintain Account Manager performance expectations that include client retention benchmarks, upsells, and overall development
- Remain current with industry trends and best practices that may be incorporated to improve account performance
- Exercise discretion and independent judgement when creating and modifying client accounts to ensure ad campaigns are positively impacting the client’s goals such as ROI, brand exposure or awareness
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of Digital Marketing experience
- Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising Certified
- Experience working with Google Analytics
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Driven, competitive, and confident with excellent customer service skills
- Creative and analytical individual who works well on a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
