This is provided through digital boot camps, webinars, and e-books. We provide an array of different tools to be able to assist small business owners in developing their brands. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager at Marketing By Monrae, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships. Your expertise in digital marketing, exceptional communication skills, and strategic thinking will be key to ensuring the success of our clients' campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and objectives.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Collaborate with clients to define marketing goals and develop customized digital marketing strategies.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on track and meet client expectations.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients.
- Evaluate and analyze social media strategies and plans.
- Analyze and assess the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with our internal marketing teams to develop and implement client campaigns.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and project management.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights to clients on performance and optimization opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports to clients, showcasing campaign results and recommendations for improvement.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Utilize marketing technology platforms and tools to manage campaigns, analyze data, and create reports.
- Configure and manage dashboards to monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Understand and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing technology trends and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
