Requirements:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and nurturing relationships to understand their goals, challenges, and objectives of their college/university eco-system.
- Own and manages project communications, ensuring effective and timely resolution in inquiries and concerns.
- Proactively communicate with clients, providing regular updates, and addressing inquiries and concerns. Work strategically with area leads and producers to ensure that clients’ goals, objectives, and concerns are met.
- Understand project timelines and internal and client deadlines and collaborate with both the internal and client project managers daily to follow up with action items, timeline execution, the status of deliverables.
- Champion efforts on behalf of internal teams to the client to ensure mutual respect and understanding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of account/project management experience in a client-facing position. Higher education marketing/communications/advancement industry is preferred but optional.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: listening, speaking, and writing. Ability to build solid working relationships with clients and project teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented working style.
- Ability to adapt and manage change. Ability to prioritize tasks and escalate deviations and changes when appropriate.
- Comfortable collaborating with remote project teams nationwide.
Salary, Perks & Benefits:
- Salary starts at $80,000.00 and will be commensurate with experience.
