Yardzen is seeking an Account Manager to join our team. As the primary liaison between Yardzen clients and vetted contractors, Account Managers are pivotal in orchestrating seamless project experiences from initiation to completion. The Account Manager will focus on managing the client relationship and collaborating with our network of contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as clients' central point of contact, offering personalized guidance and support throughout their journey: email, phone, and SMS support.
- Engage with clients during key stages of the design process, ensuring clarity, satisfaction, and timely progress.
- Provide outreach and support as needed, addressing concerns and optimizing client satisfaction.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between clients and vetted contractors, ensuring alignment and understanding of project requirements.
- Coordinate client-pro introductions early in the design journey, fostering positive relationships between clients and contractors.
- Assist in scheduling site walks and bid review calls, supporting seamless project transitions, and setting expectations.
- Understand and anticipate clients' and contractors' needs and expectations, proactively addressing challenges and opportunities.
- Review estimates, manage expectations, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Monitor market performance and identify recruitment needs for contractor acquisition.
- Actively work to close deals with vetted contractor partners.
About you:
- 2 years experience in sales
- Willingness to exceed customer expectations through exceptional problem-solving skills to ensure excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with the landscape design and construction industry
- Experience with Zendesk and Podium
