Job description

SUMMARY: Works with manager to implement and support Account Management processes for overall internal and external customer and Account Management success. Assists Account Managers in task tracking and achievement. Assists in managing and expanding business relationships with assigned and/or targeted clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops and maintains tracking/monitoring system for various sales & Account Management tasks and activities.
  • Generates weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, tracking work as specified by manager.
  • Regularly interact with appropriate contacts of assigned accounts to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. Provide timely and accurate follow-ups or next steps if relevant. Actively participate in the resolution of customer concerns in coordination with the Account Manager.
  • Keep iGPS management informed of customer concerns and communications.
  • Closely interacts with iGPS operations and finance team.
  • Works with manager to create opportunities to expand business with current clients’ identifying further business needs and presents a solution.
  • Learn and understand iGPS clients’ culture, product portfolio, competitive position, financial state, organization structure and key decision makers.
  • Analyzes existing data and processes and make recommendations to maximize sales team efficiency.
  • Functions as liaison between sales team and various iGPS departments.
  • Promotes company endorsed programs and services.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in related field or equivalent.
  • Desire to learn to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of the sales team.
