Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to effectively position our products in the market
Experience:
- Proven experience in Automotive Finance sales, preferably Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) and Gap sales
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership skills to drive sales initiatives and achieve targets
- Experience with warm calling techniques to generate leads and close deals
