Account Executive

Five Star Bath Solutions is a growing nationally recognized franchise that specializes in no hassle bathroom remodeling services. We are expanding in the Western North Carolina, Eastern Tennessee & Greenville/Spartanburg areas and looking for an ambitious Account Executive.

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team in Arden, NC. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. This position will report directly to the Business Manager.

As an Account Executiveat Five Star Bath Solutions, you are positioned for success with a base hourly pay and uncapped base commission structure. You will connect with dozens of customers daily while laying the foundation for a five-star experience for our customers. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting outbound calls to prospective customers who are interested in upgrading their bathrooms. You will also be responsible for overlooking our in-house social media platforms and supporting the Leadership Team on miscellaneous projects, as necessary. You will report directly to the Business Manager.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Provide customer support, and handle customer requests
• Work with the Leadership team on special projects
• Make outbound calls to prospective potential customers with the goal of scheduling sales appointments
• Social media marketing
• Respond to inbound phone calls with the goal of scheduling sales appointments
• Accurately document all necessary information into our CRM database
• Provide exceptional service to our customers while maintaining key metrics that drive our business
• Perform consistent, timely follow-up with customers pre/post appointments, as necessary
• Communicate with Homeowners regarding applicable bathroom install questions
• Respond with urgency and flexibility to meet frequently changing schedules
• Apply great communication skills and responsiveness with a calm demeanor
• Build strong relationships with co-workers, and customers.
• Provide diligent customer service follow-up and follow-through

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.10 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
