Job Summary - Account Executive, The AutoMiner (Remote - United States)

PureCars is seeking an Account Executive to undertake account management and upsell responsibilities and work closely with our Subject Matter Expert team to drive value for The AutoMiner book of business. Your duties will involve both managing relationships with clients and guiding account personnel.

An effective Account Executive has great aptitude in building and maintaining customer relationships. They also possess excellent planning and leadership abilities to coordinate and advise subject matter experts.

The goal is to ensure the company’s retention of clientele and facilitate further growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan campaigns and outreach to dealership customers
  • Maintain close relationships with main contacts, decision makers, and users within the dealership.
  • Set up goals and objectives for all accounts to meet goals and maintain account retention within your book of business.
  • Conduct end of month reviews and strategy calls to discuss progress towards goals and attribution
  • Serve as the point of contact for customers in your portfolio
  • Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business
  • Ensure the timely delivery of services and products to clients
  • Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust
  • Escalate customer concerns to appropriate internal personnel
  • Drive product road map by flagging customer requests

The Skills and Experience You Bring:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar position
  • Experience in the Automotive Industry
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Google Sheets, etc. is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
