This Account Executive, SMB is responsible for the complete sales cycle of PC’s to the SMB market. You will be a key contributor to the PC strategy and growth of the B2B SMB (Small Medium Business) Organization. You are also a key contributor of a cross-functional team in developing and implementing PC initiatives; must be able to influence outcomes through solids communication and analytical skills.
- Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to effectively target and penetrate the PC market within SMB.
- Identify target SMB accounts and establish relationships with key PC decision-makers.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support and serve as the main point of contact for end customers through the sales process.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Proactively identify and pursue new PC opportunities with the SMB sector
- Utilize a variety of channels, including cold calling, marketing leads, networking, and industry events to generate leads.
- Sales Presentations
- Conduct compelling and persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits of the Samsung Galaxy PC solutions.
- Customize presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of each client.
- Negotiation & Closing
- Effectively negotiate terms and close deals across multiple routes to markets to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth pre and post-sales support.
- Product Knowledge
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the PC industry.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our PC offerings and effectively communicate their value to potential SMBs.
- General Responsibilities
- Develop relationships within SEA and in particular the MX B2B Team, such that individual is looked upon as a true “subject matter expert,” in the area of PC B2B business growth advising other key areas of the SEA organization on the benefits of leveraging such programs as part of overall category growth.
- Represent the PC interests as a liaison between B2B and the greater MX organization.
- Work with B2B PC Product Team and SMB teams to provide voice of customer and feedback to improve PC products and SMB value proposition.
- Product/category marketing and/or marketing services experience, for consumer electronics and/or technology products, is desirable.
- Knowledge of premium brand channel sales, marketing, and operational processes is desirable.
- Extreme attention to detail is required.
- 6-8 years of equivalent work experience required.
- College degree required.
- Directly related sales, business development, sales engineering, and/or technical experience.
- Strong, demonstrable knowledge of B2B market, including size, technology-related purchase intent, “pain points,” and key business requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of PC marketplace best practices and trends.
- Partner management & negotiation.
- Ability to navigate the Samsung organization to gather information, elicit feedback, gain buy-in, and engage others in direct sales activities.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. In addition, must be able to manage multiple projects and often competing priorities.
- Proficiency in all components of Microsoft Office Suite.

- Colorado: $138,500.00 to $152,000.00 with 20% Bonus Potential
- NYC: $173,500.00 to $190,000.00 with 20% Bonus Potential
- Washington State: $159,500.00 to $176,000.00 with 20% Bonus Potential
- California: $161,500.00 to $180,000.00 with 20% Bonus Potential
