TITLE: Account Executive, Client Services
This position is responsible for account management and retention of key client accounts, as well as assisting in the growth of target client base. Serving as a product and service expert in all phases of the client business development and ongoing maintenance. Continually cultivating and building relationships with client and internal partners.

Position Location: Remote
Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute specific strategic service plans to ensure collaborative efforts between brokers and plan sponsors to meet common objectives
- Direct activity of client service support team – from implementation, problem resolution through renewal activities
- Maintain senior management level contact with varying staff at the plan sponsor (Benefits, Human Resources, and Finance)
- Responsible for service delivery of products and services that ensure plan sponsor satisfaction
Required Job Qualifications:
- 5 – 7 years previous client management experience and/or experience in a similar TPA or insurance environment with client facing/client support responsibilities
- Thorough understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans; stop loss understanding a plus; knowledge and understanding of benefit related federal laws (i.e., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Results oriented and self-motivated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as are exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to interact with senior level executives
- Analytical skills, problem solving skills, creative decision-making skills, the ability to comprehend and follow instructions, mathematical ability, and time management skills are required
- Ability to travel is required
- Legally able to work in the United States
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
- State insurance license
