Job Description
SUMMARY
This Account Executive position will collaborate with existing customers in CrossLink’s Service Bureau portfolio and generate new customer accounts. Team members will be assigned a book of existing accounts to serve as a point of contact for anything related to CrossLink’s professional products and services within the Service Bureau channel. This position involves developing new prospect opportunities through telemarketing efforts, attending industry tradeshows, leveraging industry-related contacts, and using pipeline sales management to grow your existing book of business.
This position requires strong relationship-building skills, a consultative selling approach, and a passion for delivering results. Team members will also collaborate with other sales team members to achieve individual and shared goals. This position resides in CrossLink’s corporate location in Orlando, FL, and reports to the Sales Director. Compensation will be a base salary plus participation in the sales incentive plan.
Requirements:PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fluency in English and Spanish required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of proven success exceeding sales goals using a consultative selling process within a call center environment.
- Ability to develop and manage new customer accounts while maintaining successful, long-term relationships with assigned accounts.
- Locate new, high-value prospect targets for CrossLink’s suite of professional products using telemarketing efforts, CRM lead generation, online searches, social media outlets, customer referrals, and face-to-face interactions.
- Exhibit a high energy initiative-taking attitude and have a hunter-mentality that desires to achieve greatness.
- Proficient in developing and delivering compelling sales presentations.
