CT SEO Pro is looking for an Account Executive to join our Web Design, SEO & SaaS focused business. CT SEO Pro specifically helps local businesses in Connecticut and specifically home service contractors nationwide generate more reviews, leads and customers with our proven Logal Logic SEO system that includes a website directly integrated with our app. The business operates on a SaaS subscription model.
The LeadwiseAI app is built on the HighLevel platform that is used by more than 12,000 marketing agency owners. HighLevel is an all-in-one sales and marketing platform with functionality that includes: CRM, 2-way Business Texting, Missed Call Text Back, Review Generation, Email Marketing, Text Marketing, Automation Campaigns, Outbound Calling, Call Tracking, Call Recording, Power Dialer, Form Builder, Funnel Builder, Website Builder, Online Scheduling, Reporting, Webhooks, Social Posting and more! This system is being integrated with AI and new features are being added consistently. This is an exciting time to be in SaaS and digital media!
OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
The Account Executive is responsible for conducting discovery calls with active in-bound leads, generating interest and converting to new customers. Account Executives will successfully install systems into customer’s businesses then monitor customer’s progress to ensure success.
Base + Commission Plan:
$100 /day base pay
30% Cash on Close
10% on Accounts Managed
Bonuses upon exceeding quota
Flexibility to set your own schedule, but you will need to be available to take in-bound calls.
We are a SEO Agency that does SEO to bring in clients. The majority of your sales efforts will be from clients who google'd us, but you will need to use outbound methods to hit a quota. We have a friendly outbound method that we'll teach you how to use.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The only in-person work you'll need to do is if a new client has an issue with their Google Listing getting verified with a video you'll need to go help them (they really need our help!)
- You may join a local networking group, or do local in-person sales as your discretion
- Engage with an audience who has shown an active interest in the company’s services
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services
- Understand client needs to more effectively offer solutions and support
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Meet and/or exceed quotas
- Conduct a minimal amount of team and administrative tasks
- Maintain an organized deal pipeline in a CRM system to record lead gen activity
Install
QUALIFICATIONS:
- One year of experience in a commission based/goal oriented sales environment.
- At least 1 year of digital marketing sales experience
- Experience with low ticket, high volume sales (ie. $5k max sales price, 1-2 call close) rather than longer cycle B2B/enterprise sales
- Excellent ability to naturally build rapport, develop relationships and connect with others.
- Empathic listener and persuasive communicator
- Must live in Connecticut
