Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and fostering strong client relationships. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base while ensuring exceptional service delivery to existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and proposing solutions that align with their business goals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, leveraging industry knowledge and understanding of client requirements.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year of successful sales experience in the IT industry or related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, ability to articulate technical concepts to clients effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic sales plans accordingly.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: Preferred in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
