OVERVIEW
Join our dynamic team at Inxeption, as an Account Development Representative. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our business forward by exceeding daily activity targets and engaging with potential customers. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for outbound prospecting, generating leads, and effectively communicating the value proposition of Inxeption to prospective clients.

LOCATION: Chicago, Louisville, or New York City (Flexible)

SALARY: $50,000 - $75,000 Annually + Commission 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums to fulfill quarterly expectations 
  • Customer facing; generate leads and conduct pre-qualified calls with prospective customers
  • Dive deep into our product, thoroughly understand the pain our potential customers have, and why Inxeption is the ideal solution for that
  • B2B mapping and performing outreach activities on accounts across the USA
  • Conduct comprehensive research of the customer's persona before the initial contact
  • Organize/Schedule demos for field sales with qualified prospects
  • Proactively initiate communication, build rapport and maintain active engagement with prospects
  • Collect information and feedback on the prospects and move them through the qualification process
  • Keep a track record of personal sales activities in CRM
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through Zoho CRM
  • Create a positive and valuable first impression to prospects by providing an unrivaled customer experience 
  • Working with your manager to up-skill in areas of professional and personal development 
  • Building your Inxeption Platform knowledge - a platform expert!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous work experience in the technological B2B SaaS industry
  • Outbound prospecting experience - generate new business pipeline through cold calling and emailing 
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate Inxeption's value proposition and handle objections
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
  • Experience calling into prospects at the decision-maker level
  • Build key relationships and collaborate with Shopify AEs on their respective territory accounts through account research, strategy, and outreach
  • An understanding of customer needs and to meet those individual needs 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High professionalism; Be a self-motivated, driven and positive individual
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Strong process improvement skills to help develop the role as things change with the business
  • Nice to have experience: Zoho CRM, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
