Job description

About the role:

The Account Coordinator will work as part of our account team. They will work in support of the Senior Account Managers helping to ensure smooth running of projects.

What you will be doing:

  • Support Senior Account Managers with daily tasks
  • Prepare timelines for project to ensure all items are launched on a timely manner
  • Maintain daily status of ongoing projects and deadlines
  • Share client feedback internally and ensure feedback is addressed correctly in revisions
  • Assist in reviewing creative to ensure it is consistent, targeted and impactful
  • Act as a liaison between account/project management and creative team management
  • Prepare briefing materials for internal creative kickoffs
  • Assist in submitting briefs and issuing POs.
  • Help researching and understanding key business challenges, customer behavior, target audiences and competitive activity
  • Own small projects and be able to effectively communicate with client and internal creative and production teams at all times
  • Participate in client meetings and client conference calls
  • Able to take direction and be a self-starter
  • Experience in a client facing role
  • Additional duties as assigned

What you need to be great in this role:

  • 4-year college degree
  • Basic interactive experience – 1 year experience
  • 6 mo to 1 year agency and/or creative experience preferred but not mandatory, college graduates will be strongly considered for this entry level role
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software, Basic knowledge of Adobe CC a plus
  • Self-motivated, working with little supervision.
  • Collaborative team player, open minded – nonpolitical.
  • Proven ability to communicate and liaise with all levels in the business.
  • Discrete about all confidential and personal information.
  • Driven, proactive, helpful, and enthusiastic team player.
  • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $50,000 to $60,000.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER's total compensation package.
