GardaWorld Security Services is looking for a Account Compliance & Training Manager to fulfill different assignments for our clients.
The Account Compliance & Training Manager is an operational employee of the company responsible for inspections, compliance, training, and reports directly to the General Manager. The Account Compliance & Training Manager is responsible for working with the GM, CSM’s, AM's, and/or Site Supervisors in the branch to develop internal training programs, manage training schedules, and perform site inspections. The Account Compliance & Training Manager role is 100% operational. The Account Compliance & Training Manager is expected to build upon a culture of employee engagement and set the example for all employees in the branch of servant leadership and personal commitment to the GardaWorld Values.
Performance Metrics: The Account Compliance & Training Manager is expected to achieve the following metrics within GardaWorld's performance-based business environment:
- 100% compliance with Client Mandatory Requirements
- 100% compliance with State Licensure Requirements
- 100% compliance with the GardaWorld Mandatory Requirements
- Training of Team members & Site Leadership
- Become proficient in all company software systems (Vector Solutions, WinTeam, KNet)
- Lead by example of living up to the GardaWorld Values
