VIP Auto Accessories, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual for our Vehicle Aftermarket Accessory Upfit division. VIP Accessory Upfits works with local dealerships and individuals to customize vehicles from ordinary to extraordinary. VIP is a division of the Lou Fusz Automotive Network and offers their full-time employees a generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage along with a 401k, life insurance and disability packages.
This role includes but is not limited to: Bolt On Accessories- “bolt-on” implies an aftermarket modification part that you bolt on to a car. Some examples of bolt-ons are: Wider Wheels and Tires, High-Performance Shocks/Springs/Coil-Over Springs, Larger Anti-Roll Bars, Adjustable Top Strut Mounts and Chassis Braces, Larger Diameter Catalyst-Back Exhaust, Stiffer Motor Mounts, Performance Seats, High-Temp Brake Pads, Less restrictive Cold-Air Intake, Stainless Braided Brake Lines. Individuals must have 3+ years of experience in the above listed examples to be considered for this position..

Responsibilities
- Automotive parts installation
- Reading, understanding and following technical specifications
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance when challenges arise
- Promote a team environment that is responsible for customer satisfaction from concept through completion
Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Strong work ethic demonstrated by setting high standards of performance for self, assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks and self-imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed.
- Enjoy working with your hands
- Being a team player in the truest sense, with an ability to develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to safety
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
