SalaryWe are seeking dynamic, dedicated elementary educators to join our early elementary tutoring team! We are a local, whole child educational support services company and work with really great clients in the Paradise Valley, Scottsdale and the Phoenix metro area. Long-term placements are offered as new clients come on board. We offer flexible scheduling and work around your travel parameters. Team members generally work between 5 and 15 hours per week. Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home educational support and instruction to students grades K-2 in their desired subject(s) and skills
- Establish goals and milestones with students related to their academic skills
- Document and communicate progress reports
- Provide constructive feedback for students
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Whole child philosophy & approach
- Multiple years of classroom teaching experience grades K-2
- Current fingerprint clearance card (or will obtain one)
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents
- Sufficient knowledge of educational subjects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
